I don't use Facebook and I'm an atheist so this in no way effects me. Still it seems bad on Facebook's part. This is sure to drive away users. And how is the word "bossy" offensive? Did I miss something?

i have no idea honestly . i tried looking online and they say it could be a hoax but with everything being so politically correct now and the inclusion of like 50 new genders plus create your own for fb i dont know what to believe. a friend of mine who is 100 christian posted it so i know people use snopes as a way to determine whats fact or not but apparently snopes is liberal owned by george sorros. im not with either party but i hate the idea of seeing free speech dead

Still, I'm more perplexed by the whole "ban bossy" thing. Apparently it has a negative female connotation? Seems I've been using the word out of context for the last 31 years. I usually reserve the word for bratty, demanding children of both genders. As in "whiny, bossy, little wastes of sperm".

Seriously? The word bossy? People want it banned? I wish they would find something else to do than go around wanting things banned. It is a word that people say how can they get that banned anyway?

@mrdecepticonleader: Yeah...this is a thing. Some woman who works at Facebook started this campaign to get the word banned and there are a number of celebrities who are endorsing it. Look into it. It's supremely stupid.
