And so the cornetto trilogy comes to an end. What did you think of it, Viners?

150%.
Havent seen it yet but i saw the last two and loved them.
This one looks awful
If you love Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, how does this look "horrible?"
@k4tzm4n: Just the make up for Sean Pegg throws me a bit and it doesnt grasp me like the last two
@k4tzm4n: Ha ha ah.
Honestly cannot wait to see this. Massive, MASSIVE fan ^_^
Woot!

Well, if you love the other two, it would be a mistake not to at least give this one a shot.
@k4tzm4n: Im defiantly gonna watch it, and Im probably wrong about it being awful but we'll see

Cool. Well, hopefully you'll end up liking it.
@k4tzm4n: Im gonna make myself hate it just to spite you :P

Well, the joke is on you 'cause that would be a waste of money!
@k4tzm4n: Revenge is priceless

In this case, it costs whatever a ticket is at your local movie theater. :D
@k4tzm4n: About 7.50 and 12.50 for a large Popcorn

No drink?
@k4tzm4n: >.>
*Takes can of coke and candy from Purse*
I really, really, really want to see this movie. Which sucks because I'll be terribly busy this month and, to be honest, I'm not sure if I'll be able to see it.
Agh, life sucks sometimes.

Well K4tzman I saw The Worlds End as much as I wanted to I just coldnt...
I loved the film.
The ticket cost 11$ and a 6$ SlushEE.
It was the best film I've seen in awhile, not the best comedy, there have been funnier, but this film was smart funny made me think, had great Easter Eggs (Anyone catch Brave New World?) so my spite for you has been saved for another day.
You Monster.
Haven't seen it, I LOVED Shaun of the Dead, but Hot Fuzz was boring to me..this could go either way.
@thecheesestabber: Ha!
@the_stegman: Have you given Hot Fuzz a second chance? I revisited it and enjoyed it way more than I recall.
@k4tzm4n: I just watched it for the first time last week, it's still fresh in my mind, ha.
@k4tzm4n: I'll have my revenge soon, I still have my(The Poets) Ban Hammer :P
Did you see the Reference to the book :O
I wonder if anyone has seen Spoony's review. Not surprisingly @SpoonyHatesEverything.
I wish people had something to say about it.

Watching it now. I was under the impression they never fled because they feared the "robots" would go after them. However, if they played along, they thought they could get away with it and leave safely.
EDIT: Also disagree with it needing more action or more intellect. I think the bathroom and bar fights were fantastic. Pegg brawling while trying to save his drink was hysterical (as for it being unrealistic -- well, it's a comedy so that hardly bothers me) and Frost was an absolute boss. Also, the ending was a major risk and IMHO it paid off.
It's well old now, not as good as the first two, but still one of the best films of this year. Saying that it made me go home and stick on the episode 'Back' from my spaced DVD collection, I preferred that. Hope they go back to making tv series next, no good comedy shows anymore, I'd say that the IT crowd was the last good comedy show I watched...
Also when did this come out in the USA? They stopped showing it at cinemas ages ago in the UK, I saw it at the start of the summer... Lol, nice to have things back to front for once, if I'd known I'd totally have posted the plot all over American forums ;) like what happens whenever America gets a film mons before the UK...
As this is a comic site, ill also ask, are people happy Wright put off Ant Man for two years to make Worlds end moving Ant man from Phase 2 to phase 3? I'm pretty happy as he has always been a very independent film maker and I prefer English films to Hollywood films, but I wonder if marvel fans would rather Altman was in Avengers 2? :)
@hillbillymorangie: Two weeks ago, I believe.
And no, I don't mind him putting off Ant-Man to create this. I'm sure it'll be well worth the wait and this was a fantastic film.
I haven't seen it yet
I was finally able to watch this film after missing it on theaters and I have to say... I effin' loved it! Easily one of the best films of the year and my personal favorite of 2013. I'm part of the apparent minority that prefers Hot Fuzz to Shaun of the Dead (even though I loved them both) but, to me, The World's End is the best in the trilogy.
Anyone notice the "robots" hit the hand dryer before starting fights twice in the bathroom? What's up with that?
I think it has to do with the whole connectivity thing, like when they''re in the Beehive and Shepherd hits a fire alarm before he and all the others Blanks "light up", but then they seem to disconnect for a moment when Andy destroys Shepherd's head. Since the Network is responsible for the recent technological revolution on communications it seems logical that the Blanks would function in a similar way, all connected.
