It's from this website: http://www.noao.edu/ (from site) This image was obtained with the wide-field view of the Mosaic Camera on the Mayall 4-meter telescope at Kitt Peak National Observatory. This globule is located just south of vdB 141, a reflection nebula located in the constellation Cepheus. This very faint nebula looks like a bird about to take flight. North is down and East is to the right. Imaged August 28, 2009.

If its real I bet its something stupid like they colored it in and that's just the shape that stars sort of resemble if you squint real hard (like most of the constellations)
Although its a big universe and entirely possible something looks just like that in the cosmos like the shapes we see in clouds or smoke, my opinion still believes it to be entirely fake.
