The thread to discuss all the big happenings on E3 (which starts tomorrow!)!

Biggest news thus far:

Final Fantasy 13 coming to 360

Resident Evil 5 released next year (with online co-op!)

Animal Crossing Wii confirmed

Gears Of War 2 release date: November 7th

And that's all the big stuff revealed so far. More posting tomorrow, after Nintendo's press conference.

Microsoft's press confernece was awesome and i loved the gameplay from Fallout 3.

Yea even though i'm not going to buy a Wii, im looking forward to what Nintendo has to offer and the PS3 I was never fond of it i mean i could give a crap about Blu ray(no im not a 360 fanboy just my opinion) Fallout getting exclusive DLC on the 360 is also cool.

Well i feel Sony's biggest  player is Resistance 2 i mean come on 50 player multilayer i believe.

The first one was brutally overhyped (I played it....wasn't that fun), I'm hopeful this one will rise above, but.....

Square taking FFXIII multi-platform is probably the smartest move they could make....financially for them anyways... not for Sony obviously. I personally don't give a damn which system it's on as long as Square doesn't bankrupt itself again and freaking release FFXIII already.

It's not like they had much competition in the survival horror genre (besides Silent Hill, and maybe Fatal Frame and Alone in the Dark).... more so during the PS1 era and a bit in the PS2 era... but that's what happens when you popularize a genre... it becomes yours.

Yep....it's looking good. It's gonna be the big FPS shooter for the Wii (Metroid Prime 3 doesn't count, that was a FPA, which, IMO, is a better genre). Graphics looking good (for Wii), nice third-party game, online gamemaking, usage of Wii controls, etc.

None of these are worthy of making buy the system.I need more.I don't want a game that gives me exactly what i'm expecting..i'm looking for Nintendo to make a game that surprises me and gets me addicted.Smash Bros.,Zelda,Metroid,Galaxy...all overhyped..all not that great.

Well it's regionally accurate, I'm mostly Irish, I wouldnt be offended by a game that took place in Ireland that primarily involved shooting white people. Heck most games involve shooting white people
