Ok, simple really. This is like some of the other thread like games on here, but this one as the title says will be user after user answering (if they know or want to take a crack at it) the previous user's post of where they think the icon/emblem/logo is from and what it means, then that person posts an icon themselves. 
 
All icons, symbols, emblems and logos can be from anywhere, any series, anything(as long as it's not a controversial/bad) 
 
I'll start. Where is this symbol from, what does it mean?

The symbol is military based.  It symbolizes nuclear toxic waste.

@Edamame: I believe it's actually Biohazard waste. And that is a shinto symbol I believe.

It is the symbol of Sikhism, unless I am mistaken.

Yeah, I know now lol but saying the triangle icon was used in MK Mythologies with two other different icons lol. Similar looking

@Noctis: It's a pentagram insribed in a sun. I know the pentagram is a common symbol of wichcraft/pagans/Wiccans etc. Not sure about this specific symbol inluding the sun.
