Ridley Scott's Alien, hands down. I saw that sh*t when I was 8 and all my nightmares since then have been Alien based in some way. I learned to love it after a while though.
If we're talking about suspense movies, one of the most underrated ones is Identity. Or maybe it was good when I was 15, but I thought the plot was really unique, and the twist in the end was badass. But then again, I was 15, and my opinions about things were pretty bad
