The Moderator Appreciation Thread

I will say this...without the moderators Comicvine would be a scary place. Don't believe me? Check out yahoo chess...that is straight up brutal. Not even worth your time really.

What would we do without mods? Without mods the entire internet would turn into 4chan. Scary indeed.

They get no appreciation from me! The mods are nothing more than tools used by the corrupt powers that run this site to get what their greedy hands desire! Down with the moderating tools! And down with the powers! Down with them all!

god_spawn's going to be drunk with power once the new site launches and mods are given even more to work with, he's already handing out warnings like they're candy. And that is why he is my hero, always watching over us.

The thing about mods and any other authority is that they are needed.

Unless you prefer every man for himself. And I assure you that you would likely want some authority figure around if your being attacked and your unable to defend yourself because you don't have the tools.

Just like everything, there is good and there is bad. I would say for the most part -- CV has more good than bad. So I appreciate some of the moderators on here, but not all.
