The "Help a Viner" thread

So I've been helping people a lot lately, so I decided "Hey, why not make a thread where we get to help viners?". The main reason I made this thread is so people can list stuff they need help with whether it's on the Vine or on youtube or basically ANYTHING, it could be if you need help getting rid of a computer virus or need help deciding what comic to get or what movie to see, basically ANYTHING, even relationship advice.(Hopefully this gets rid of all the stupid personal advice threads popping up) and then us viners try to help that person anyway we can. I thought I should make a thread where us viners need each other most, a thread where we can help each other.

Feel free to post if you need help, I'm here all night people!

That's a good thread idea, if it gets pinned it will avoid a bunch of daily threads that are resolved in a couple of replies... Personally I'd be happy to help if it's within my reach.

Ok, I'm not really computer expert so I need some help with a problem I've been having. Recently, a whole load of pop-ups (I think that's what they're called) advertising different things from vacuum cleaners to websites that can "clean up" my computer. It occurs so often it's becoming a major nuisance and it has only just started to be a problem. If anyone knows what's going on, help would appreciated.

@thedandyman: I'm not gonna pretend to know a lot about what could be wrong, but is it possible that you have a virus/have you tried running an anti-virus program? Also, adblock may help just in general for blocking unwanted pop-ups like that.

(sorry, I don't seem to be able to reply at the moment) It's certainly possible I've got a virus, do you know of any good anti-virus programs that are free?
