The Flash in an episode to catch a blue bolt

Just had a question... is the blue bolt canon? does anyone know what issue he may be in?

I don't think he's canon. The closest I can think in name is Cobalt Blue but he doesn't have superspeed. I remember on the live action Flash show from 1990 someone cloned Barry Allen and gave him a blue costume, I think he was called Cobalt Blue too.

@PrinceIMC: Thats a shame... I would've liked to see more of blue bolt...

The way things are going dc will bring back this character and make him gay because It's socially acceptable.
