The Boondocks to me, is one of the funniest animated shows on tv, it's been gone for a while, but now it's back for its Fourth and final season. Anyone excited?

Hopefully they have a whole other episode about "Pause" and "No Homo". That sh*t is hilarious. I hope they give me everything they got.

I have to be honest, this episode was kinda meh. I've always wanted them to talk about Tom's lame marriage but this was just weird. Is it so bad that she just want Tom to hit her? Dafuq Sarah?

@thehipkid: There are some women who want to be hit for whatever reason it makes them feel like the man really cares. It was a decent episode but nothing that great it also seems like they changed Tom's character as a whole even before the last scene he seemed different. The flips and sh!t Riley did was crazy that really surprised me.

The voice actor for the rapper dude was kinda weak, they needed someone like the dude that does Thugniffecent.

@thehipkid: There are some women who want to be hit for whatever reason it makes them feel like the man really cares.

Yeah but it's not like he acts cold and a punch is the only way she thinks he'll show love, it's just that he's a boring guy but he tries to please her.

I enjoyed the Chris Brown parody/commentary on young popular music artists and women as whole. Could've been funnier I guess, but it had it's moments. And for an episode centered entirely on Tom(no diss on the character..I like him but he's not among the funniest of the cast) it was pretty humorous. I for one am excited for next weeks episode.

So we've finally got to the meat of this arc..... huh. Well imo it was funnier than the last episode (I mostly found the Good Times part funny). However it's still lacking. Uncle Ruckus seems to have lost his luster. I didn't laugh at anything he said. And after hearing that the blonde dude is Wuncler Jr I expected great things but he just didn't deliver. We are off to a slow start

Farewell Boondocks, it's sad to see that your journey didn't have a happy ending but a massive disaster and unfinished story lines. Lets all just pretend that season 3 was truly the last season.

It was ridiculous. I bought every season...but I'm not buying this one. They phoned this in so hard.

Gonna be honest this season is f**king terrible, possibly one the worst ways to end this show. Too many episodes on grand-dad and ruckus, too many character being stupid, the humor dropped to family guy level.

I think its still good. But i understand the slightly different feel. The creator wasn't involved in the making of this season.

Last night's episode was hilarious. Patrice Oneal was the only person I ever heard talk about special interest groups as mafias. He did the same with guys like Scorsese/Apatow having mafias with the use of the same actors. Last night episode is similar to the Tracy Morgan situation , after his "gay son' bit and Tina Fey turning her back on him he became a spokesperson for gay rights.

they still have the social commentary with the "f**k everyone" vibe the first three seasons had.

I was actually looking forward to this episode as someone who says things the gay community would consider homophobic or hateful to see their stance on the matter, but I agree with Stegman that the humor was lacking.... although I did like when the Leader or the mentally challenged said "You guys never have strawberry milk". In the end I do agree with some of their points but still..... not funny (IMO)

I think it's ironic that most people said that without Aaron the social commentary would be replaced with nothing but comedy....but it was the comedy that was missing instead

I'll have to see it to be sure but I don't doubt it with the way things have been. Even Uncle Ruckus has lacked this season.

That was the most BS ending ever. Why did they use a mid season/filler episode as not just the season, but series finale. Could they really not be bothered to at least give some sort of resolution to this seasons plot. I'm not all that surprised though, this whole season has been nothing but lazy humor and dated parodies(crapy ones at that). The creator was clearly responsible for almost everything and whoever was in charge this season didn't even.care enough to get sidecharacters
