@Blood1991: Do you watch the show? I hate how unlikable Andrea is in it... I hope they evolve her into the badass she's suppose to be. from the previews they look to be doing Michonne justice tho.

haha Yeah, they are pretty awesome together. I'm sure Season 3 will be awesome. To me the prison arc was the most exciting arc in the comics. If they somehow screw it up then I don't see the show lasting past this season. Also pretty bummed that it isn't Rick/Glenn/Michonne finding the prison instead of just Andrea/Michonne.
@NlGHTCRAWLER: It's Astonishing X-Men volume 3 ? Which this particular series ran through issues 1-24 I think. It was authored by Joss Whedon and the art was mainly done by John Cassaday. It is one of the best if not the best X-Men run in more modern years. DH would probably know the exact info, I'm just going off memory. And she loves it.

I've given up on it being like the comics. The characters are there, the story is loosely based and the zombie slaying is great so I love it. Still yeah Glenn and Rick should have been there.
@Mercy_: Dumb question, but is this an alternate universe? The only thing X-Men I have read is all of Ultimate X-Men Volume 1 and Schism and some other stuff after that. (Uncanny)
@NlGHTCRAWLER: You poor, poor thing :( Essential reading for any X-Men fan is Morrison's New X-Men run and Whedon's Astonishing X-Men run. They're what ushered in the modern era, imo. Morrison's comes first and then Whedon's, although there are parts of them that run concurrently. Both runs are available in trades and in ultimate collections.
@NlGHTCRAWLER: Nope, it is 616. Emma Frost removed some of Cyclops' psychological blocks and he gained control of his optic blasts for a time. I'll leave some of the scans here under a spoiler in case you want to see.
