1. It's really easy for this to be put a stop to....Parents just say..."no that's not gonna fly with my kid." End of conversation. Magnet school....get your kid out of there
And your child will be expelled. Who knows if or how long it will take for other schools to adopt a similar stance. Then the only alternative is to move or home-school.

Private school could also work, but affording it in this economy would be unlikely.

Just to be argumentative, unless the parents are convinced this is okay. That it's going on in this school is ridiculous, and if someone would have predicted it they would have been laughed at, but a judge is backing it up.
