Terminator Movies

Is the Terminator like the Punisher where they kill the guilty with a lot of guns and hand to hand fight action?

I've yet to even see a preview of any terminator movie. I'm kind of interested at the moment.

They are the earliest live action media to feature the Deathstroke the Terminator character. Arnold Swartzneggar was a terrible choice to play though, imo. And not to spoil things for you, but they made him a skeletor robot for some reason :/
