Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan.

What are your thoughts on this new form?

It looks like the same form.

It looks like fan-fiction. That being said I think every Super Sayian form since after the first one look, sound and are something out of fan-fiction.

The only above Super sayian form I liked was when Gohan went SSJ2 because it wasn't supposed to be a new form but rather Gohan's unleashed potential.

It's still literally regular super saiyan

The only difference is that it uses god ki instead of regular ki (exactly what goku says about it in the movie)

It doesn't matter it is an evolution of a new form (God form). With a style that reminds me of fan-fiction.

I was never blown away by DBZ in terms of story, and the more I grew the more ridiculous it seemed to me. And that goes for the majority of Shonen manga in general. So I am not nearly as invested to give it a pass, or go all fanboy and find it remotely cool :P

For the same reason the God form was a new form.

It is essentially a new look, with different powers, born from different situations. So it is a new form.

Not they are. Yes he is the equivalent of a Super Saiyan but in god form. So he is different end of story. The same way God Goku ISN'T just normal Goku.

Say what you will about GT but at least the SS4 was actually different and interesting, SSG just gave Goku red hair and called it a day
