post stupid laws that you know about in the states (and don't put Arizona Immigration Laws because that's a given) 
For Example: 
in Alabama...
 Putting salt on a railroad track may be punishable by death.

In New Jersey you go to jail for slurping your soup too loud in a restaurant.

In Collegial Heights VA. It's illegal to have headphones on, on the sidewalk.

Here's one from Minnesota:

Two very old laws in PR: 
 
Flying kites at the Morro was illegal and you could go to jail.
Men could not wear beards. Anyone with a beard was subject to arrest. 
 
These were when PR was ruled by the military...  

I heard you couldn't eat Ice-cream on a Sunday somewhere near Florida. I don't know if is true.

in Indiana, You can throw a stone at a bird in self-defense!

back in the 70's and 80's there was a law called "THE UGLY LAW". i don't remember what the correct term for it was, but basically if you go around public and look ugly as hell, you will get arrested.

 
In Kentucky you can't have an ice cream cone in your back pocket, it's illegal.

the difference between a professional escorter and prostitute is that a prostitute is controlled by a pimp who handles the escorting and money. pro escorters  are basically women who are licensed to do it legally with no pimp. she is the master of her own game.

are you kidding me? that is one stupid a$$ law that needs to get revamped  here in Canada, it's up to the Police and the Crown whether you get charged for a crime rather than so called VICTIMS and even if you commit a murder which is the highest form of crime that you can commit you only get life in prison which means you are out of prison in pretty much 15 years or less, get the irony? there is no life sentences here no matter high the degree of the crime that you commit "
