Square Enix vs Bethesda vs Bioware

So between these 3 RPG juggernauts..Who do you think has had the best games lately? Square's always been known for their final fantasy series, Bethesda with Elder Scrolls and Fallout, and Bioware for Mass Effect and Dragon Age..However who in your opinion has your heart when it comes to gaming?

Even though Square Enix has my heart with Final Fantasy, I'd say the best games of lately would be from Bioware and Bethesda. Hoping Final Fantasy XV will be fantastic though. Very pumped up for that.

Bioware=Bethesda>>>>>>Square. In my opinion Square is only a former shell of itself. The company has really gone downhill. Maybe it can pick up some steam in the next generation of consoles. Again, this is just my opinion and not intended to insult people who like Square Enix.

I buy each generation's console based solely on which will have final fantasy. I play swotor, but FF wins, but SE really needs to pick it up, no more of these rehashes of a bad game. FFxiii FFxiii-2 etc

Square has been going downhill since FFX. Based on their last few efforts, the next FF game will just be a pretty autoplaying game with a boring meandering story that is 3000 hours long.

IMO, I feel that JRPGs in general are losing steam since Western RPG devs have started making games for consoles. Back in the old days western RPGs were just for hardcore gamers with PCs good enough to play them and JRPGs had the console market cornered.

If I have to go by lately:

Bethesda>Bioware>>>>>>>>>>>>...>>>>> Square

If not:

Square>Bethesda>Bioware

Square Enix has my heart with KH, FF12 and FF10.

Bethesda has it with fallout 3, skyrim, and oblivion.

Bioware has me with Mass effect ( I can't think of what else they have.)

So, I'd probably give it to Bethesda.

Bioware has got greedy since joining EA unfortunately. Their games have changed alot since the CRPG days but they're still good just in a different way.

Only played classic FF games but Square-Enix get my vote for Dragon Quest alone, that game is brilliant.

Though Bethesda are one of my favourite devs, I just don't like Skyrim compared to Oblivion or even Fallout 3.

For me I feel like I hope Bioware redeems themselves with Dragon Age Inquisition. Sure some of the DLCs like Citadel on ME 3 were nice..however after Dragon Age 2 and the ME 3 ending controversy I'm kinda hoping they're able to get back on their toes again

Bethesda Rpgs are more fun to play, have better settings, and have replay-ability... Bioware has story

If Beth would bother to make Fallout 4 already I'd reign them in as champion over any other RPG company right now immediately

BioWare. Square Enix kind of fell out of favor with me after they took over the Hitman franchise and turned something uncomplicated and easy to enjoy into a laborious bore. Now I wonder how much Eidos contributed to the previous games.

It's a shame Enix continues to milk XIII out too. I'm neutral with XIII but Enix really needs to move onto the next project. Lightning's everywhere. 0.0

Hoping at TGS we'll get a release date for XV. Like that Natsu's Japanese voice actor from Fairy Tail is Prompto. =O Seems to fit the role well. Have a feeling Quinton Flynn will be voice acting the man with the red hair and umbrella. His Japanese voice actor is confirmed to be Keiji Fujiwara who did Reno and Axel as well.

Elder Scrolls Series>>>Anything Bioware or Square Enix has put out.

Strictly opinion,because out of all the games out there..FF 7 is not the best. Maybe the most memorable FF game but not the best game out of all games in general

Hold up, Enix recent FF games haven't been great but not ALL there games have been crappy. Sleeping Dogs was GREAT

Can't go wrong with a sci-fi RPG. So, I'd have to go with BioWare and Bethesda! Square...... just, no.

Tidus was pulling off a fake laugh to lighten the mood, it was forced in order to help Yuna with how she was feeling prior. Aka not a serious attempt.

yeah when I say Square Enix I'm not just talking about Final Fantasy..any RPG they're making is what I mean
