Spent the day in the hospital

So last night I couldn't sleep cause I was having chest pains and accidentally woke up the wife who of course made me go to the hospital where after spending like 10 hours being poked and prodded the doctor ordered me to avoid all stress until I can go back for a stress test, so apparently I'm officially old

That's a day I'm still dreading.......get better and find out it's just bad heartburn :)

I hope you get better man, there's always ways to keep your body "physically" healthy don't let age get you down because you're just as old as you think you are

I'm not entirely sure someone can get better from getting older.

Josh live long enough and they can make you young again. That or get bionic parts and fight crime.

Eating healthy, stretching/exercising everyday, avoiding stress and taking antioxidants will certainly help. LOL "

Seems like the whole process of getting older sort of you know, progressively gets worse no matter what you do. Sure you can buff yourself up and live a lot better than most people your age, still not going to be back in your 20s.

That is unless you were unhealthy in your 20s.

I just finally hit that age where treating pizza and beer as food groups is a bad idea, my older brother sent me a long facebook message about how I gotta start eating rabbit food (thats what we call salads)

I loved eating rabbit food my whole life. I hated sweets, even when I was a child. Always preferred fruit and vegetable juice to soda. Could only tolerate cake once in a Blue Moon. Ate more fish and chicken throughout my life than red meat.

Started out as a little tap dancer and continued to dance my entire life. Was a competitve fencer until I was in my 40's...

...got osteoporosis anyway.
