Species War Tournament (Sci-fi, Horror, Fantasy)

You can suggest genus from a species. The tournament was originally going to be named Genus War.

Rules

1. Other options to vote for in a match-up: (a) Survive: Gain 3 Survive votes, the species survive and branded as scavengers in small numbers. It can no longer use Survive as an option in its next matchup (b) Death vote: 3 Both species dies. Note: You can only give Survival vote to the losing species.
2. The first to gain 6 votes win.
3. You have 1 standard vote, 1 special vote each round.
4. Me and @mrdecepticonleader will be posting the matches. When I'm not here, they will rotate in as our Co-host
5. Feel free to PM on suggestions on species that should be in this tournament. (If the character you suggested is lesser known, please summon 2 more active voters to backup your recommendation.) The window for PMing suggestions will close.
6. You can suggest any species from any genre (sci-fi, horror, fantasy, anything.)
7. Can't be an obvious stomp. Example: Transformers, Kryptonian, sand dune, King Kong, Titans.
8. Can't be singular case of mutation from a species: Godzilla
9. Have to had form a system of some sort with their own kind.
10. The match-ups are completely random.

Don't forget in this tournament you can vote Survive *name of the species* or *Both died*

If the Survive option gained 3 votes, the survive species would survive as scavengers with small numbers in the next stage. It can no longer use the Survive option in its next match up.

This mechanic is still in experimental phase. We might pull the plug on it, if it gets out of control.

The fight begin when they're near the coastline. If the soldiers fight off the first encounter. They'll have to try and run into the jungle, at least inside the treeline. They'll have to went pass another 5 on their way.

Deadites. The soldiers can turn into undead for no reasons at all. Everyone is under the mercy of what was unleashed by the necronomicon. Though the entity or aura that was behind the power of turning people into undead, is very moody, nonsensical. It can still do a lot of damage.

Human (modern) 2-1 Deadites

Thanks for the help (: No, they're not in the cellar, but human can get possess by the strange forces that creates Deadites. The force does its work pretty randomly, and moodily, so it won't possess people strategically. Human has a good chance of winning and escaping the area.

Hyena. Gargoyles can fly but they have to stay and fight. Flying lets them position themselves better, and they can choose when to attack. These Gargoyles are not the kind from the animated series.

But aren't the Gargoyles made out of stone? So the Hyenas bites wouldn't do alot of damage (?)

Yes, if it's a pack of hyenas barking and tearing at statues, the statues will just look aged at the end of the day.
