how do u post up a vid so u can watch it in the post???

or can someone at least guide me to the help section where it talks about this

Most of the videos posted on the forums are actually located on youtube. When this is the case you can look the video up on youtube and that particular video's page will give you some code you can post that will imbed the video in a page.
