So..Does This Cop Seem Rude to You?

Okay, my mum, little bro, and I were coming back from vacation and we were at the airport. So my mum filled in this form we needed to do to get past security and get our luggage bags. One of the questions she didn't understand because it was wordy as hell, I'm not sure what it was but something about carrying tobacco.

We approached the officer for her to see the form and the convo went like this:

"*something* kids under 18 can't carry tobacco"

"Oh sorry I didn't understand the machine."

*stares*"I don't understand what you're saying"

*my mum kinda awkward laughs cause the officer is just staring her down*"Yeah I thought the question was asking something different"

*stares*"It's not funny."

"I'm sorry, I didn't understand."

"it's your job to understand."

I have her *the wtf is wrong with you* look.

She let us through and we walked to get our luggage but it really bothered me the whole time -_-

Yes, but perhaps she was having a bad time. Everyone has one. You can't afford to be nice all the time.

This cop does seem rude to me. Some people just have their days.

He is not going out of his way being nice but he isn't being rude. It is a long job where he doesn't have enough time to take with everyone and work out there problems but he could have been a litter nicer.

By most human standards, yes. By airport security standards, no, sadly.
