In 1754 ComicVine (back then known as KomikVein) was created in Vienna Austria by a collective of Enlightened Intellectuals headed by Avraham Schlesinger. It served as an archive of paintings, history and mythology. As its influence grew, KomikVein started controlling Europe influencing rulers and planting their own agents in governments.

KomikVein started to decline and fell after the two world wars. They migrated to America and focused on the growing Comic Book industry. Today "Comic Vine" serves as an online discussion forum/database. It has many moderators and rulers but the 3 key people are:
