@Decept-O:Aww he is so cute.
so wat pets do you have and how many do u have
@Icarusflies: Thanks! I have nothing to do with his alleged cuteness; he thinks he's King of all Cute but I know better! I should have named him the Decepti-Cat, but it sounds like a Transformer name. Ha! He will get neutered in a couple of days so he may not be so cute nor like me for awhile. However it has to be done. Like Bob Barker used to say, "Get your cat or dog spayed or neutered". @ComicMan24: Thanks my friend!
@Vortex13: You have quite the menagerie of animals! @TheSheepHerder: Ha Ha! That is funny. Actually I was lucky to get him to sit still for a few seconds. He was busy eating and grooming himself, and I finally got him to look up as I called him and snapped the pic with the webcam. He can get serious especially when he's in attack mode and wants to play. Which is virtually all the time! I think should have called him Batroc the Leaper. It is something he likes to do. That and getting in the laundry basket whenever he can. :)
@ComicMan24: ha! Understandable. Good job on getting your cat fixed. So many strays in the world, certainly doesn't help to have so many running around wreaking havoc. Yeah, I can imagine he may not be too fond of me but I know it will be for the best. I think I'd not be too happy if I had my nads "taken care of" as well.
I have one amazing dog - she's literally my best friend. Her name is Buffy and she is 12 years old, so she's no young pup. She's a laboradoodle (however the hell you spell it).
@ComicMan24: I feel for you! Max has been sitting on top of my chair and "yowls", like an alley cat. He does this a few times and will also yowl when he's running around playing. I can tell he's at the point where having him fixed will be the right thing, even if he's an indoor cat.
@ComicMan24: So the male didn't seem to be affected too much? I am basing my comment off observations of one of my brothers and his ex. They had several cats, and the male of the bunch did seem to calm down after he got neutered. He seemed to sleep a lot more! I think it affects each one differently. All I know is that I won't have to worry about him adding to the stray population in any way so that is worth it all.
@ComicMan24: It is kind of funny, though, how cats can be. The brother I am talking about, he lives in a rural area, and he and his wife already had 2 cats when they were married. Now they have seemed to have adopted a few strays who've have more or less adopted them! They don't mind, though, because they help keep down the mice where they live. However, they DID have a couple of litters the last few years and they finally put a stop to that issue. There are even some wild dogs in their area as well. I don't necessarily mean like the African type or anything, but strays that are actually feral. So yeah, getting pets neutered unless you purposely want extra animals is the right thing to do. Just to add, yeah, having a female cat in heat is annoying as hell.
