Should younger siblings give orders to elder siblings?

I'm starting to feel an inferiority complex whenever I'm taking an order from my big brother and I follow obediently like any nice younger brother but then when I tell him to do something, he never really does it, even though the majority of the time all he does is slacker off at home while watching Cartoon Network after dropping out of school.

Should I really try to be more patient with him.

Just stop doing what he tells you to do

I wish. Then again, the age difference between me and them ranges from a decade to over two.

In your case, stop listening to your brother unless he's reminding you to do your chores or something. There doesn't seem to be much of a difference in age between the two of you.
