First you make a "I'M LEAVING" thread, and rather than leaving, you continued to reply to people for around 3 pages, keeping it in the Site Activity section whenever it dropped out. NOW you make THIS thread, showing you are STILL here, and tell people to vote for your continued presence?
Why would people do that?
No offense intended, but you haven't made some revolutionary discovery that sent drastic reverberations throughout the Vine. You haven't made a groundbreaking argument that settled one age old debate over another. You haven't even really experienced what the Vine has to offer. You've made 230 posts and two topics, and you've been here about two weeks, give or take. That's not even a portion of what's here. And now you say you'll leave or go based on what people ask you to? Why? What point is there?
Do you think someones going to make a heartrending plea for your continued presence? Perhaps a wrathful admonishment for your quick departure? You haven't met anyone here. You don't know anyone here. Even the nice guys who are asking you to stay aren't asking you to do so out of any loyalty or personal preference towards you. They're just asking because they're nice.
As for the people saying, "I'm so tired of these threads", even they don't really care about YOU, they're tired of the THREADS and their KIND. You're just a face in a crowd at the moment. You want people to come pick you out of the crowd and say, "Hey, you, stick around. You're pretty great." Or grab you and say, "GET THE HELL OUT!"?
Not going to happen. You want that kind of treatment, good or ill? Fine. Stick around and earn it. Meet people. Debate your favorite characters. Learn things about them you never would have before. If it really makes so little difference that other peoples opinions are the deciding factor? Then save us all some time and get out of here. Either way, no ones going to miss you.
