You should edit it. If you edit a lot on a page like Lobo you will get a lot of wiki points. I've noticed too that the Lobo page is a mess.

I say that if you know it's wrong and you have the knowhow and desire to fix it, we'd all benefit from your hard work.

Sure. Your wiki submission will be reviewed before its accepted so you won't have to worry about its quality as far as if its good it will be accepted, but if its bad it will be rejected. If it is rejected don't take it to heart either, just try to improve what's already there and make sure you stick to the style guide and read the various wiki FAQ's that are around.
