should a women wearing a skimpy outfit invite men to stare?

if a women is wearing a sexy or more reveling outfit should men have the right to stare or hot on her. now I'm NOT talking about slapping her butt, grabbing her chest or anything along those lines.

Go ahead and stare. If she wore a skimpy outfit and expected men not to stare, then she's delusional.

Staring all night and moaning is pushing it. But lingering eyes is not a problem.

@benk111: eyes easily get drawn to things that call out for attention. a horn honks you look, something randomly becomes bright you instinctively look. our brains are used to people being covered up, when someone isn't you will most likely look because its out of the ordinary. people need to realize staring doesn't make you a perv

On another matter I've gotten in a fight with a guy simply for glancing in his direction when he happened to be coming out of a bar.

Some people can be funny when it come's to looking at them, you can always look but do it for too long and it becomes creepy.

Looking is fine. Staring is weird. And creepy. Put on a pair of sunglasses and try to hide it, for manners' sake.

I pretty much assume a girl wearing a revealing outfit want's guy to stare or I don't think she would of worn it to begin with. If should didn't want anyone to notice her in that way she would of probably dressed covered up.

If there are two women equal in everything else but outfit, the one wearing skimpy outfit will get more stares, common sense. So yes, it's like inviting more stares.

On the other hand, that doesn't make it right on the man's part to stare. At least avoid creeping others out.

You need to understand that some people don't understand that and think modern mode impose them to wear such a thing and that mans are just pervs... However, in my opinion, those womans should have problems with justice (minor)... I have enough of those womans seeking for my attention and then call me a perv... I'm also attracted by boys but i don't see them wear nothing but muscles... Enough is enough.

Doesn't matter what she is wearing, you have the right to stare & she has the right to think you are a perv and feel uncomfortable. It's a free country. I actually try not to just stare at anyone, because it makes me feel uncomfortable just gawking at anyone for any reason. Also in the wrong situation, you could get beat up.

Often people wear short dress because they are just trying to fit in to the crowd, its normally true for people from different culture who have assimilated themselves into a western society. It's often those girls that feel unsecured, scared and angry when people stare.
