They're both great in their respective shows. I wouldn't be nearly as interested in the Blacklist if Spader wasn't in it.

I don't know much about Rowan Pope other than that he's one of the CIA head honchos but Red is said to have connections so powerful he could influence geopolitics to suit his needs and also untouchable by the FBI so i vote Red
