Ritual? Habit? or OCD....

SO i was made aware of one of my habits the other day and asked if i was OCD.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obsessive-compulsive_disorder.

I got to thinking about it and realised i have these little "habits" that i HAVE to do... such as

1. Cutting the first piece of cheese and throwing it away as in my head its the scungy piece
2. tapping my coke can before i open it so it wont fizz....
3. ALWAYS having new water in the kettle... never re boil
4. Shaking milk before pouring it...
5. and many more...

Habits.....tell me when you try not to do it and HAVE TO.

1. I do the same thing.
2. I hold the cup at an angle to reduce the amount of fizz.
3. I never reboil either.
4. Yup, I do the same thing.

I always have to double or triple check that my door is locked (house & car), not sure if that's OCD or just paranoia. lol

Almost everyone I know has some OCD traits.  I think it's just a normal thing.

I also check around every corner when I'm alone in my house.

There are a few other things too, but nothing I can think of right now.

o_O god.. if thats the case then I must have that too xD

1. I always smell the milk before serving myself and I have to serve myself, if I dont, I dont drink it.
2. I have to have music on while I'm drying my hair, I cant start unless I have it on. 
3. I always look under my bed before sleeping, and my door HAS to be shut.
4. If I'm walking down a hall way, I always stop right in the middle and look behind me to make sure no one else is following.

I run really fast up the stairs because I'm scared that I'm being followed.

I try not to look in the bathroom mirror when I'm brushing my teeth or whatever on the belief that my reflection's going to come out and kill me.

When I'm listening to the car radio I put the volume on an even number, like 12 or 14. I'm partial to even numbers. :/

Oh!  I can't look into mirrors when the room is dark.  It's not that it's scary or anything, I just can't do it.

I always have to crack my neck about every other hour

I always crack my knuckles when I'm thinking

I always shake my left foot while watching movies

I always have to see typing with at least somewhat good grammar, or I get annoyed.

When a word is spelled wrong it always bothers me and I have to tell the person how to spell it.
