I recently quit Walmart, a 500 billion dollar company with over 11,000 stores for a smaller company (Woodman's Food Market), which is a 1 billion dollar company with 15 stores.

Why?

Cos the later is paying me nearly 4 dollars more an hour to do the exact same job.

Target, I try to avoid the death plague that is Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart slaughters. Period.
