So I'm coming down with a cold, possibly the flu. And apart from seeing a doctor and getting medication, I realised my friends and I all have our own routines that we stick to to help us feel better. Mine is lots of earl grey tea, Indian food and Dr Pepper.

Old family recipe of broth with garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish root, and red and black pepper. It's vile but it does the trick.

Drink lots of water, gargle warm (borderline hot) salt water, drink some ginger tea, drink some warm brandy & honey and get some sleep.
