Dude,we had tons of amazing characters,Chief,Leon,Chris,Death,Connor,etc...But this robot is just annoying and funny(more annoying than funny,btw) and he won.

He is pretty much highly talkative and annoying. There are a few golden things that he says and the rest is just generic talk. You can abuse him the entire game if you want to, with him leaving him comments all around the place. He is a good character and deserves some sort of award.

But does he deserve "Character Of The Year" award? No, far from it.

If you want to hear some of things he wants to say, just check him out on Youtube. You might find him moderately funny and interesting, dropping lols there and there.

The most logical reason he was seriously considered was probably because he was something new from all of the usual characters. But once again, he is not the best.
