Why not use heromachine just search it's easy to find and better than marvel's hero creator.

I like the Iron Man/ War Machine with Wolverine claws, I think that's the best one and the second one being the Spider-Man one.

I just tried out the hero generator, and it wasn't very good =/ Fábrica de Heróis is much better, even though it's in portuguese. You should try it ^^ There's even a thread for it ^^ http://www.comicvine.com/forums/off-topic/5/awesome-hero-generator/17383/#274
