OutKast gets that one. Even the interludes on a OutKast album are interesting.

Outkast for a solid majority. Blackstar is a great album, but Aquemini is just on another level TBH sonically, uniqueness of conception/carrying of themes, and you can make a pretty strong argument for Kast being somewhat stronger bar wise.
