As the title suggests, I'm going to post a character, and you are going to rank them using the one punch man superhero ranking system. (class S, A, B, C) so let's get this started.

First up: Batman
He could honestly make it to low A class, considering people like Sneck are there and Batman has intelligence, stealth and gadgets that provide a versatility very few have in the OPMverse.
Maybe...High A Class.
I'd say mid rank s. They already have Alot of brutes.
I'd say high A class, low S class.
Top tier B class
Don't know enough about him to give an accurate ranking.

Surfer is too op for heroes so he is threat level god.

S class, no question at all. He'd solo the verse from what we've seen so far.

Just googled Speedball and any energy absorber in the OPMverse would make it to S class from what I've seen, just because almost every monster attacks in an incredibly linear way, the series is dominated by people who can just deal and receive blunt force... take Lancer who physically isn't all that great but is a good A class because of skill and piercing damage. But, I ramble... Kat looks to me to be a mid-high A class, mainly because she probably won't pass the bottleneck at A class due to speed and doesn't seem to have all that great physicals... she seems like a less powerful Fubuki.
Canon Luke Skywalker
Luke would be B class based on what I have seen from the movies.
Kat has been plowed through concrete and come out fine. She also caused shock-waves when she and Raven performed their specials on each other. Her speed seems slow for gameplay purposes, but she's actually really agile. Here is the final boss
Low A class or high B class. The electricity is a good way to passing the durability of a lot of Mysterious Beings IMO, considering a shot to the brain should be fatal. That said there is a mid-tier lightning based martial artist, Lightning Genji, who is only mid A class, so Hei might be lower, but stealth, blades and intelligence should elevate him.

I disagree with Izayoi being "low" class S. He's easily on level with Saitama and takes that exact role in the Mondaiji setting. Whereas Saitama likes ending fights with one punch, Izayoi adjusts his abilities to match his opponent and get a good fight. He hasn't encountered a single character that was actually a threat to him. His power is not strength, it's something completely unknown and seems to allow him to brute force his way through anything. As stated by a number of gods in the setting Izayoi could destroy a star if he wanted to. His speed is "third cosmic" velocity which means if he decided too he could literally jump out of the solar system. His power can also destroy other powers (in this setting superpowers are things that can be transferred from person to person) making him possibly the only character who can brute force his way through Accelerator's vector shield.

Actually he's not a speedster. He can manipulate and travel through sound making it more akin to teleportation. There are a number of speedsters in the setting and he's faster than them. There are also quite a few highly durable beings with super-strength, one of which was quite clearly a Hulk expy. His striking power was more than enough to harm them.
Bardock is A to S as would most of the DBZ cast.
@zetsumoto: Yes, I knew about his travelling sound waves as I looked him up, he looked pretty cool. If he can hurt Mysterious Beings he should be mid A class.
I'll rank Light, Mysterious Being Level while in character: Dragon. Out of character, just killing: God, or maybe just Dragon+, depending on how he sources his names. He'd be high S with prep, in person he's just a normal guy.

@alphaq: I don't know much about how non-powered/peak human street levelers get integrated into the OPM world, but I am going to assume she would be C or B.
Anyways.
PS: The last fight was in a pocket dimension, she didn't actually destroy the moon. The black hair girl was a reality warper which is why their fight was so amped up compared to the others.
@zetsumoto: Looks to be high B, energy projection, piercing and speed are good enough for that level.

I haven't seen it yet, but I feel like most of the high end movie jedi are B class, low A maximum. Unless you let them keep "non canon" feats like yanking starships out of the air I don't think they compete with other TK users.

Oz is the only Chain in existence with the ability to expose and sever the Chains of the World. His power appears to be rooted within his scythe, as it is what makes the Chains visible, by slamming the base of its handle into the ground, and what he uses to sever them. Arguably this makes Oz one of the most powerful forces from the Abyss.
Oz's agility is bullet timer level. He has powerful but slow regenerative abilities allowing him to survive getting shot through the heart and ignore sword slashes. His true form has tanked laser beams that can blow through numerous buildings, and city block sized explosion. He can cause objects to shatter like glass with just physical contact. His scythe can reduce anything to sand including; invisible intangible chains that hold reality together, a pocket dimension created by a reality warper, and the vessel of THE omnipotent multiversal deity that created everything..
In addition how about the threat level of this:
She is the source of Oz's power as well as the omnipotent deity that he defeated (Granted she wanted him to kill/free her).

Sephiroth is definitely taking #1 in s class... Hell, he can even say that class is named after him... As a villain, he would be threat level demon... I don't see him killing enough people to be considered dragon before someone in that verse stops him...

Saitama hasn't shown to be planetbuster level yet. Let alone way above it.
@jucaslucas: Yes he has. He obliterated a giant meteor with his fist. Regularly splits the sky with shock-waves from his swings, He got punched to the MOON and JUMPED back. He got slammed to the ground from a titan causing a massive city wide crater. He tanked a planet busting laser beam comparable to a "collapsing star". He didn't just tank these things he was completely unfazed by them. Hell, his fight with Boros was directly out of Dragon Ball Z. There is no way in hell that he's not a planet buster. Anyone who says otherwise is either in denial or has no inference skills whatsoever.

He'd tank it like he tanks everything else. Overlord operates on health bar logic and Saitama's health bar would be well above that attack.
I put all Jedi at high B or low A class. I doubt they would make it past Fubuki.
