Can users have a signature, Like can I put a video for my signature at the end like this (See bottom)

I got the perf siggy. I was kinda upset when i found out we couldn't have sig here. We should get s petition going.

Signatures would get a bit annoying, especially having the page stretched every time someone posts because they chose to use a video.

Pretty sure the mini bios are there to serve the function of sigs. They're just nice and tucked away, and you don't have to look at them if you don't want to.
