PS4 DVD Help?

Sooooo

Trying to play DVD on PS4 and its not working

Just a normal DVD not blue ray or anything and its on an HD TV

Sorry if this is a dumb question.....I haven't used my PS4 much and I'm still getting the hang of it

I already did the most recent update and everything and the DVD is brand new ....the screen just goes black when I put it in. All the games I have play fine and the DVD runs fine in my computer.

Is it the resolution?

Anyone else get this issue?

Did you try turning it off then on?
