So what's the story in prototype 2. Does Heller fight Mercer...I'm looking for spoilers

@HolySerpent: yep, mercer injects the blacklight virus into heller to help him defeat black-watch ......or so it would seem. Also you fight mercer in the game.

Who's wins...do you fight mercer at the end of the game?

Holy crap....I was plan on getting it but the reviews change my mine.but I'm surprise Mercer isn't part of the series anymore

yea, i would of prefered it if mercer made into another game. Its worth renting if you liked the 1st game.

I reviewed already at Comicvine. I recommend it for the gameplay and the stress-relieving value that have being improved from the first game. But don't care for the story or its relevance to the first one, you will be severely disappointed.

Prototype never had a story, it's just pure chaos and completely addictive.

Well they managed to pull some really good plot twist near the end of the first one. It had some interesting story but its a matter of taste I guess.

Meh, I barely drudged through the unbearably annoying host of missions to merely unlock the plethora of epic abilities. That's what the games real draw was. (at least for me)

No problem dude, like I said matter of taste. You will probably like the second one because it has a larger pool of abilities, arsenal of weapons and huge variety of enemies than the first one.

I'll definitely play it but I'm currently occupied with The Witcher 2.

From what I'm playing right now, it is major improvement from the first game.

Man, I still haven't finished Uncharted 3 and Batman: Arkham City.  Haven't even purchased ME3 yet... so Prototype 2 isn't even on my radar. 
 
Jeez, the me from a few years ago would be absolutely embarrassed by the current me's lack of video gaming.
