Brick, the infamous crimelord in Starling, dont know if they will add his superpowers (impenetrable skin and super strength). Oliver's crazy half-sister (Robert Queen's kid) from China, Emiko Queen, trained assassin. Komodo is another copycat archer with an personal agenda. Cupid, a female anti-hero who kills off Green Arrow's enemies because she literally obsessed and loves Green Arrow (Arrow accidentally killed her abusive husband via stray arrow LOL!) Thea as Cheshire??

Stephen Amell already said that their shows will crossover 2 or 3 times during the season. And i think Gorilla Grodd will not come out until end of season 1 or maybe season 2.

Just bring in Constatine Drakon or Lady Shiva as the main villain. Let Chesire be a new love interest for Roy.

Drakon would be a great main villian for the third season.
