This is all about weight training, lifting weights, doing cardio, martial arts, any kind of regular exercise you undergo or just want to talk about.

You can talk about what you've done in the past, how much you can lift or run now, your favorite bodybuilders or something.... Do it all.

I'll start.

I can arm curl a full set with each arm with 30 lbs. (technically, two 15 lb. weights held in the same hand, but that's just because I can't afford a 30 lb. dumbell), that any good? Most I've seen is on Youtube, guy did it with 50 lb. dumbells. I was impressed.
