Battle takes place in an abandoned NYC.

Both sides are in character but doing whatever they must to win.

P & F get 1 day Dexter,Mandark and ZIM get 3 days prep, and a wiki page on eachother.

Winner is decided by KO, who wins and why?

I don't know much about Phineas and Ferb. Do they have a time-machine? Or a machine that stops time? Because Dexter has those and his sister who can destroy almost anything and can be used as a weapon.

PUH, Jimmy would demolish that nerd Dexter and show him who the TRUE boy genius is. He took all his friends to another galaxy in an afternoon, just to prove a point to Cindy. He's created countless AI systems that far outclass Dexter's, and his hairstyle is way cooler.

Taking your friends to another Galaxy isn't exactly that impressive seeing as Dexter has gone into space in seconds and wiped an entire space fleet with his regular Mech. And Jimmy's super AI turned on him that kinda shows that Dexter can manage his AI's better Dex's super computer seems have insane amounts of knowledge programmed into it to the point it's nearly alive much like Jimmy's AI's but Dexter's computer as only turned on him due to someone else screwing it up.

That still doesn't explain why he can beat Dexter. In fact that just makes it more difficult for Jimmy his freewill AI turned on him and nearly destroyed the city.

On a side note Dexter has created free will as well there have been instances where his technology have gained some kind of self awareness but these robots that turned on him either where quickly reprogrammed, destroyed or he convinced them to work with him they never actually left the lab.

If I'm correct Zim, Dexter, and Mandark or on the same team? If so I think Zim's vulgarity backed up with Mandark and Dexter;s brain might be able to take it and I said might. Because Zim has done a few impressive things. P & F are not usually ready for combat, though they have been a few times. Dexter has more experience and toys to tinker with. And Zim's ideas will just creep them out. And if Zim can get supplies from that supply planet without any distractions he can get serious. P & F have done alot and will have Mandark, Dexter, and Zim on there toes. But these three walking into a situation completely aware and prepared can be very dangerous. Do not forget Zim has made a time machine before. And he could have an army of S.I.R bots and also even the giant robot he used to once destroy his own planet. Mandark and Dexter could have a ton. And if Monkey is allowed to be called on by Dex then things will really turn.

Susan and Mary test are female ripoffs of dexter anyway except that Dexter almost always works out the bugs in his gadgets andDexter's parents never found out about his secret lab. Jimmy Neutron is ok, but he has many episodes where he and company have to stop whatever inventention jimmy built that went wrong, like every other episode. P and F win reguardless as they are fast enough to create something and then break it down in the span of about ten minutes twice cause p and f have two episodes. The mom never finds out. There only challenge on the show is their reverse copies and p and f chump them time after time.

Dexter's Laboratory will always be a better show and wins by default via sheer awesomeness.
