Okay then here is the battle Thor rushes cell hits him a few times with the hammer nothing to bad. Cell then starts fight back and Thor does the same back and forth. After a while Cell does his supper Kammehaa (Spelling idk). Thor starts spinning his hammer as fast has he can in front of him it acts as a shield. It absorbs most of the attack, Thor then uses white lighting it hits cell, and remember cell just used alot of energy up with his attack. Cell is super weak and Thor just finishes him off and send his dead body some where else using a portal. Okay sister ; )

The thing about Cell is that once he had suffered a leathal attack; his cell's will remember the structure of the attack. That's why the Cell Jr was able to manipulate the Final Flash. And not just that... Cell would be capable of copying the attack too.

The only way to kill Cell is by completely disintergrating all of his cells. No Single Gene... Not even a single DNA can be spared.
Cell might beable to control a Spirit Bomb as it gets close to him, but I don't think that it will completely destroy him... Frieza survived the Spirit bomb at Point Blank. He though he died, but he lived only losing an inch or 2 off his tail.
