Peoples Champ Question of the Day: Male Birth Control

So apparently doctors have created access to a form of Birth control for men where they don't have to wear condoms. This new product is called vasalgel, and is injected into the vas deferens to stop sperm from exiting the penis basically. It should be a much safer way than having a vasectomy. This new form of birth control available in 2017.

Now as a guy I would normally be like:

But then I got to thinking.... There could be a downside to this. From a medical standpoint, Shouldn't this increase the number of STD's or at least make it significantly more dangerous to have sex? The reason for a condom is to not only block sperm from being entering the vagina ( or mouth if you're interested in stuff like that), but its to also decrease the chance of getting an STD. This new form of birth control could be very dangerous if used irresponsibly.

@comicace3: Nah Bro, that sounds a drug for rapists who don't want solid traces of their DNA left behind. Props for brining up the subject though. It's natural to cum with sperm. Blue Balls is actually very un healthy. It's a form of sexual repression. If I go all eastern medicine on you; It screws with your chi man. Having sex and orgasiming is natural. You just have to do it safely.

@buttersdaman000: There are condoms that don't use latex and block STDS, but you're gonna have to either buy them on line or from one of those swanky stores.
