Orochimaru or Tsunade: who's faster?

Orochimaru for sure.

Tsunade barely has any feats honestly thanks to neglect

Oro is faster.

Tsunade is stronger.

@russellmania77: Not explicitly, but they wouldn't have to. Tsunade has zero notable speed feats to her name. Oro went toe to toe with 4 tailed Naruto, that alone puts him well above Tsunade's level.

@juiceboks: yeah but you could also say tsunade went toe to toe with the great madara which is much much higher than a four tails
