@war_killer: that's stupid we can use other cards to revive monsters so why ban MR. look at Heraldry Reborn.
I heard something about it was getting abused or something. I just find it weird that they would ban such a classic card, I mean seriously that's one of the most recognizable cards in the whole game.
@war_killer: Yeah. I understand why they had ban heavy storm that card was a pain in the a** .
Honestly I understand an argument for it - but it was really almost always used to destroy the back-row as the player pushed to finish you in said turn.

The alternatives all have some method of cost or restrictions. Not that Heraldry Reborn is much better since it is a MR equivalent for <specified> monster. But it is no-where near as spashable as MR is in every deck conceivable deck by the player-base.

Lack of foresight? YU-GI-OH was a very different game when released, the monsters were much weaker and the game for the most part was a lotslower. Monster Reborn didn't pack quite the wallop it did then as it does now. It was still a very big advantage - but not quite the same one today.
Not to mention it was in both versions of the Yugioh card-game (bandai / konami) and one of the cards that came right out of the manga / anime(s). Generally the series has an impact on what cards will be playable - as well as creator himself.
Its not quite like Last Will (Marik card) or Temple of Kings (Odion) - cards that have or will be hit with the banhammer on release.
Question about Maiden with Eyes of Blue: It's effect states, "When this card is targeted for an attack: You can negate the attack, and if you do, change the battle position of this card, then you can Special Summon 1 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can only use 1 'Maiden with Eyes of Blue' effect per turn, and only once that turn."
Now where it says, "You can only use 1 'Maiden with Eyes of Blue' effect per turn, and only once that turn." While it states that I can only use one of its two effect once that turn, is it still possible to use her effects again the following turn?
It's eff states that when it is targeted for an attack, while having no XYZ Materials, it is destroyed. So does the attacking monster have to be more powerful than Utopia for it to be destroyed? I was under the impression, due to it's eff, that regardless of what monster you attack Utopia with, even if your monster's attack is lower than Utopia's, it is still destroyed due to it's own eff.

When I play on DevPro when a stronger monster attacks Utopia without xyz materials it gets destroyed. I never seen it get destroyed by a weaker monster when it doesn't have xyz materials. I think it does destroy itself.

1. If you attack his monster and it's in defense mode it's your attack points vs his defense points.
2.If you attack his monster and it's in attack mode, it's your attack points vs his attack points.
3. You can only draw one card per turn. It doesn't matter how many cards you play or your turn. The only way you can draw more then one during your draw phase is if a card effects allows it.
1) If I attack his monster and his monster is in defense mode, is it my attack points vs his attack points? Or my attack points vs his defense points? Attack vs Defense points. If you're attacking a defense position monster and your attack points are lower than his defense points, you take damage. However, your monster is not destroyed unless an effect says so.
2) If I attack his monster and his monster is in attack mode, is it my attack points vs his attack points? Or my attack points vs his defense points. Attack vs Attack.
3) If I play 2 cards. Do I draw two cards on my next turn? Or do you only draw one card always? Thanks You draw one card per your draw phase. Any other form of drawing must be from card effects.
