There isn't some vast reservoir of strengths and weaknesses (with an equal amount of each) everyone draws there abilities from and there isn't any way to insure strengths and weaknesses are distributed fairly. Some people have many strengths and few weaknesses while others have many weaknesses and few strengths.

Marijuana can actually enhance peoples performance.
