I love that the ref almost armbars him to stop the fight. He is using his entire body to wrestle Pudzian's arm.

Mariusz Pudzianowski. He won the World's Strongest Man in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2008. He came in second in 2006 and 2009. He's pretty much made of muscle. "

Not that I know of. I did read that he accidentally broke his karate instructor's leg with one of those kicks at %30 (according to Pudzian), but aside from that, all I know of his training is that he can gas pretty hard from punching excercises. I don't really care, I just want to see him kick Bob Sapp into submission sometime soon. "

To my utter shock and dismay, I have learned that the UFC has cut Houston Alexander. I cannot begin to imagine why.

I have never seen Clay Guida get brutalized like that. First he gets cut, then he gets rocked, then he gets choked out. Impressive stuff from Kenny Florian.   
 
Also: HOLY CRAP! Did NOT see that coming from Mir.    

The card for UFC 108 is cursed. I'm not excited about any of the matches that are actually confirmed at this point.

well Frank Mir has a better overall game than Kongo... Kongo is a Mad Crazy Striker... but his Ground Game is suspect... possibly Non Existant... lol where as Mir has solid Jiu Jitsu skills... so I am afraid if Mir gets Kongo on the ground... the fight could end in favor of Mir rather quickly...
