RedL.A.M.P.'s tvMaybe we should try to contain all our rantings and ravings to one thread. Last night we had a new episode of Prison Break. It was pretty good. Tonight is the new 90210 (I think I'll be passing). I know next week is Terminator, House and Bones. I don't have the exact schedules but let's remind each other as the new shows start since they're all over the place.
I'm to excited about HEROES..but pretty excited for Dexter.HEROES got pretty lame toward the end.I'm also excited for HOUSE...I like how House handles is patients and co-workers.
I don't like Smallville anymore..I think the episode where Clark and Lana was the the final straw for me.I seen later episodes like when Lex was taking Lana for a spin (if you know what I mean) while Clark was alone..can't remember why that was happening..I also seen the one with Black Canary,that whole Justice League thing they are building is stupid and poorly executed.I think my biggest problem with Smallville is Clark doesn't fly enough,all he does is speed blitz...he might as well be the Flash.
hopefully scrubs is coming back for their last season other than that....i guess heroes despite last season's suckieness, my name is earl is always great, terminator, and i'm pretty much done with smallville but i'll watch it occasionally i would like to see how bad they ruin doomsday

nope they're still trying to figure out which network the show will be on....it's either owned by abc or nbc and is airing on the opposite and the network it's airing on hasn't picked it up yet for a new season and the network that owns it said that if the other network doesn't air the last season they would..an also the creator has said that if neither network airs the final season then he would like to do some straight to dvd releases....wow if anyone understands this post other then me it's a miracle

it's my probably my most favorite show of all time and i really want to see the last season and then i'm hoping for a huge series encompassing dvd collection

Same (though 30 Rock is shooting up the ranks, and threatens to overthrow Scrubs with one more killer episode...). I already own all of the DVD, except for season 1.
Just watched the season premier of the FINAL SEASON of "The Shield" and it was AWESOME!!!!!! Michael Chiklis rocks as Detective Vic Mackey. However, I took notice to the job David Rees Snell did as Detective Ronnie Gardocki. I couldn't believe it when Ronnie of all people wasted a guy. I mean, who saw that coming? To be honest, I think he's the character to watch. Ronnie came into the spotlight in Season 4 and has been on his way to becoming the most prominent member of the Strike Team. AWESOME.
So was last night a slow tv night? All I'm reading is how well 90210 did. Maybe it was just "good" in terms of CW ratings? I'm looking forward to BONES tonight.

Was it the premiere? I thought it wasn't starting until the 16th.
I checked out Fox's page. They listed it as a two hour special. The bus thing. That was from last season. My wife watches the show and I sometimes sit on the laptop as she watches. It's a good show but I'm not committed to it. I know I should be.
On another note, I've watched the first six episodes of THE BIG BANG THEORY. I missed that show the first time around. I gotta get through the rest before it starts up.
And that whole bending into weird shapes as the wall moves towards you thing might be funny for a while, but is it really worth a weekly television show? =/

no its not...not at all...it'll be good for an occasional laugh but it'll get repetitive quick..jsut like Deal or No Deal and that lie detector show...

Did it meet your expectations? Alas, I did not watch it. I think I did see that it's airing again Thursday (repeating the same ep).

They often do encore episodes of premieres to try and get people hooked.
And I liked it! It had a sort of Degrassi vibe to it (but that may just be 'cause the main girl was in Degrassi, anyways), but if you like shows that are high on drama, slightly unrealistic and a little predictable (but oh-so-addictive), you'll like it. ^^
I almost never watch tv anymore only special nights im watching: Supernatural, GhostWhisperer, Medium, Pushing Daisy`s, Ugly Betty, Grey`s Anatomy, and Scrubs.
