Amazing David vs Goliath story as glee takes on 20th Century Fox and wins in the high court, sure they are appealing but I can't see them winning no matter how much they spend on lawyers.
It's amazing news for the little guy, it proves trademarks and IPs are not just for the mega corporations and the story reminds me of the fight between McDonald's and McDonald's (On the Caymon Islands) and the American corporation was sent packing.
For to long America has tried to subvert old brands and I for one won't mind when Glee is banned from our TVs the merchandise and DVDs are banned from our shops and advertising is banned from Uk websites...
What a brilliant day for right vs might, I hope the story is incorporated into a Glee comic just before its pulled.
