But after my last 3 threads got no love i started questioning myself. is it me? have i done something wrong? do my armpits really smell that bad.....
Stalemate, when I work hard on a thread and it's ignored I feel let down... I only expect money on my B-day anyways, since it's too close to Christmas for anyone to afford anything good.

Probably because 1) Your thread is too awesome and requires thinking (not the thing viners like to do, obviously it is more fun to write "*instert character name* stomps", "This is spite", "Been done before", "flagged", etc. 2) Your thread involves not popular characters that viners have little knowledge on.
I can't think out more reasons for thread being ignored. Because even if a thread is lame or full of shit, it will still have replies, either because of flame wars, trolling or justing users having fun writing about how retarded it is.
As for the question, having no presents on your birthday is far worse. Still not the end of the world, though.

oh please, if I got no presents on my birthday....the amount of hell I would put my friends and family though.....oh...the rage............................. seriously, I start warning everyone 3 months before my birthday, and give them updates no one is going to "forget" or let it "slip their mind" no, that doesn't fly on my speaical day, dammit

@FALLENprophet: Seriously? Am I the only one who never thought to make the connection between color and evality/goodality? Well, Miss Redhead got me thinking, I'm not really a bad guy, so why be red. Then I had to find the good guy/bad guy switch and flip it to "In the middle"
