To be fair, Cap vs Bats is a much closer fight than Spidey vs Bats. Then again, Rogue beat WW according to them...so who knows what will happen.

Why do people think this will be 1/5 as bad as Goku vs. Superman? That fight caused the greatest fanboy schism i've ever seen.

Wish I'd seen this thread before making my dupe one. Anyway this is gonna ruffle loads of feathers to be certain, almost as many as their Superman vs Goku Death Battle. This match up is just as close as their other controversial one and Death Battle drawing a line in the sand is gonna complicate things.

My lord people. This is going to be NOTHING compared to Goku Vs Superman or Batman Vs Spiderman. No need to overreact.

There shouldn't have been any negative or flame war worthy reaction against the Batman vs Spider-Man verdict. Batman has no hope of beating Spider-Man so I don't know why people were upset about it. The reason why this may be bad is because Batman vs Captain America is a rather close match up and people are more defined into camps about it.

The whole battle if it really happened would be really close as this one, in the video, but the problem is that I don't see the outcome to be the way it was in the video. Yes, Cap would get the upper hand at some point but in the end Bruce will take it back and win the fight. He is just the more well-trained fighter and who can find a way to win in every scenario.

Cap is more skilled than Batman. lmfao. Now you're gonna tell me Quicksilver is faster than Flash. From what I understand, Cap's physicals are superior enough to give him a clear edge. Death Battle will f*ck up anyways.

They also used a picture of Dick Grayson as Batman, alongside the Bucky Cap pic, as well. xD

I also find it funny that they literally just based "their" Batman off of the one from the Nolan movies, relaying mainly on basic info from the films rather than the actual comics.

As for this upcoming Death Battle, I'll be looking forward to it. While I don't agree with most of them, they can be fun to watch and tend to have some funny moments. Their Luke Skywalker VS. Harry Potter, Rainbow Dash VS. Starscream, and Three-Way Pokemon fight were all fun to watch. xD

@tdk_1997: I think it's very close, the reason why I don't think Batman has a definite win over Steve is because Steve does something no Bat villain does, he throws that shield with extreme precision and makes it return to himself. He even tricked Spider-man, someone with pre-cognition that has much better stats that Cap.

Cap doesn't really have that issue with someone like Bruce. He's fought people that use tons of gadgets and tech like BP, hawkeye, etc. Not saying that he's immune to the gadgets either, that's where Bruce skill in using the gadgets come into play.

Bruce does have superior martial showings thanks to his large martial arts catalogue, but Steve does have the physicals.

This battle is Batman vs Deathstroke with morals, it's a close 50/50.

I also think this is a pretty close battle because both characters have similliar stats and track records. But the thing is that I can't see the shield being that much of a game changer. Yes, Cap throws the shield with amazing precision and a lot of force but the shield isn't anything Batman hasn't seen before and something that he cannot dodge. He has gone up against those kinds of competitors outside his rogues gallery and he has had problems with them but he has overcame them.

The gagdets will be in a lot of help but not throughout the whole battle, so everything Bruce needs to do is unarm Steve at a certain point and use some of his gadgets or some martial arts blow. Steve has dealt with people with gadgets but I wouldn't say that Hawkeye any impressive things up in his sleeve compared to what Batman has.

Back in the day the physicals would've been a problem for Bruce since people like Jean-Paul Valley,Deathstroke and Bane were a problem for him but now in the New 52 not so much. A few months back Batman completely destroyed Bane who was on Venom and managed to put down at least 10 Batman Rogues on Venom and was thrashing Talons left and right. So I won't say that Steve's physicals would be that much of a problem.
